JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Administration, finalizing and publishing goal sheet scores and ratings across roles in Branch Banking
• Administration of variable pay for various roles across Branch Banking
• Analysis and tracking of variable pay including R&R in line with approved budgets
• Collaborate with internal stake holders and business teams for finalizing applicable goal sheet KPIs and targets in line with business objectives
• Automation of various manual processes in co-ordination with technology team.

KEY SKILLS:
• Good Post Graduate, preferably MBA/MMS Finance
• Experience of 9 to 12 years in BFSI, of which supervisory experience of min. 3 years handling a team of 2 to 5 resources
• Managed administration of performance scores, goal sheet KPI measurement, incentives/R&R etc
• Product knowledge across liabilities and retail assets.
