SBI SO RECRUITMENT 2017

State Bank of India has released these vacancies of SO for Regular Positions:

  1. Chief manager:

Age (as on 31.12.2016) : Min - 30 year, Max - 45 years
Vacancy: 1

Educational Qualification (as on 31.12.2016) : CA/ICWA from recognised Board. Preference will be given to candidates who are B.Tech/BE (CSE /IT) / MCA/ M.Sc., (CS/IT) from a recognized University/Institution prior to CA/ICWA.

Experience & Skill Set (as on 31.12.2016): This excludes training and teaching experience. Min. 7 years’ of industry experience in the field of activity-based costing/
technology consultancy/ cost centre accounting. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in association with major IT projects in banking industry.


State Bank of India has released these vacancies of SO for Contractual Positions:(Contract period of 3 year & extendable at the option of the Bank)

2.Digital System Architect:

Age upper limit (01.04.2017): 40 yearsVacancy: 2
Educational Qualification (as on 01.04.2017): Engineering Graduate in Computer Science/ Information Technology / Electronics or MCA/MSc (IT) / Msc (Computer Science) with first class grade from Govt Recognised University / Institute. 
Experience & Skill Set (as on 01.04.2017): This excludes training and teaching experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in Architecture of web and mobile applications. Good knowledge of applications and infrastructure. Preferred: Candidates with in-depth experience in Enterprise Java, XML, APIs and related technologies; Knowledge for Hybrs, Magento, Adobe, Bluemix, Webframe work and other digital platforms.

3.System / Business Analyst:

Age upper limit (01.04.2017): 40 years
Vacancy: 2

Educational Qualification (as on 01.04.2017): Engineering graduate in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics or MCA/M.Sc.(IT)/ Msc. (Computer Science) with MBA in System / Finance/ Operations or equivalent qualification from reputed Institute.

Experience & Skill Set (as on 01.04.2017): This excludes training and teaching experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Business Analyst role. Preferred: Candidates from Financial services IT captive organisations.

4.Analyst (Analytics):

Age upper limit (01.04.2017): 35 years
Vacancy: 2

Educational Qualification (as on 01.04.2017): Degree in Statistics or equivalent qualification from reputed institute, preferably Indian Statistical Institute.

Experience & Skill Set (as on 01.04.2017): This excludes training and teaching experience. Minimum 3 years of data modelling experience in strategic planning, business model analysis, process design, systems analysis etc. Candidates having experience in BFSI are preferred.

5.WAS Administrator:

Age upper limit (01.04.2017): 40 years
Vacancy: 1

Educational Qualification (as on 01.04.2017): Engineering graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics or M.Sc. (IT/ Computer Science) / MCA from Government recognized University / Institute. IBM Certified WAS ND Administrator (WAS 8 or Higher) a must.

Experience & Skill Set (as on 01.04.2017): This excludes training and teaching experience. Minimum 8 years of experience in implementing large/ complex IT projects. Out of which minimum 5 years of extensive experience in managing WAS ND, HIS / IIS as a Lead WAS ND administrator. Preferred: Candidates having similar experience in BFSI. Candidate familiar with J2EE, HIS Web Server, IIS, WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment. 

6.UX Designer:

Age upper limit (01.04.2017): 35 years
Vacancy: 1

Educational Qualification (as on 01.04.2017): Engineering graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics or MCA from Government recognised University / Institute.

Experience & Skill Set (as on 01.04.2017): This excludes training and teaching experience. Minimum 4 years of experience in IT sector in UX design & development. Preferred: Candidates having knowledge of Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, Illustrator etc., language platform i.e. C or Java, PHP etc. 

7.IT Risk Manager:

Age upper limit (01.04.2017): 40 years
Vacancy: 2

Educational Qualification (as on 01.04.2017): B.E./ B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA from Government recognized University /Institute. CISA or CISM or CISSP certificate a must. Preferred: Graduate in Risk Management courses from Institute of Risk Management (IRM).

Experience & Skill Set (as on 01.04.2017): This excludes training and teaching experience. Minimum 8 years of experience in IT business/ industry out of which minimum 5 years of extensive experience in IT risk management profile.

8.Data Warehouse Architect:

Age upper limit (01.04.2017): 40 years
Vacancy: 1

Educational Qualification (as on 01.04.2017): B.E./ B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA from Government recognized University /Institute. 
Experience & Skill Set (as on 01.04.2017): This excludes training and teaching experience. Minimum 8 years of experience in IT sector out of which minimum of 5 years experience in data warehouse, Hadoop framework and Big Data technologies.


SBI SO 2017 SELECTION PROCEDURE:


Selection procedure for both the regular and contractual post includes Interview process. Adequate number of candidates as decided by the Bank will be called for Interview. The qualifying marks in Interview will be as decided by the Bank. Candidates can send the computer generated hard copy of application duly signed and pasted with their recent photographs along with relevant documents (date of birth, educational qualification certificate, experience, current pay slip, Form 16/ITR(2016-17) and brief resume to the following address:

SBI SO 2017 SALARY:

Regular Positions: CHIEF MANAGER (COST ACCOUNTANT): 
Pay Scale: 50030-1460/4- 55870-1650/2- 59170 The officials will also be eligible for DA, HRA. CCA, PF, Contributory Pension Fund and perquisites as admissible to the corresponding grade etc. as per rules in force from time to time the total compensation per annum would be approximately Rs.21.78 lacs.

Contractual Positions: The compensation package (CTC) would comprise of fixed and variable components but not a limiting factor for a suitable candidate.
